The room was very clean to even yo the commodes rim 💯 However, the housekeeping could have been better. Wasn't sure whether there was maid service after two days without cleaning the room. We had to asked the front desk about clean towels and service.

There was garbage under the bed and bugs in the shower. It had an unpleasant odor, not a clean odor. The room key didn't work for the pool area, so you had to get the front desk person to let you in. They were pleasant and friendly about it but left people waiting while they did this.

THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust.
